I have spent more than eighteen years working in residential real estate. I have seen brilliant projects lose value because of decisions made too late, and modest projects transform when the strategy was well laid out from the start.

The market has changed. The buyer has changed. Formats, timing and expectations have changed. What intuition once resolved now requires careful reading, data and method.

Oceana Estate is born from that conviction. We do not sell properties. We design strategy and accompany its execution, with a focus on project management for developers.
